FAQs

Which class should I book?

1

Little Indie Babies is designed for babies, crawlers, early walkers and their grown-ups (approximately 0–18 months). Expect a slower-paced, parent-led session with plenty of opportunities to bond through live music, sensory play and gentle movement.

Little Indie Kids is a mixed-age session for babies, toddlers and preschoolers (0–4 years) and is perfect for siblings. While everyone is welcome, the session is designed with walkers, movers and curious little explorers in mind. A dedicated baby area is always available, so even the youngest little ones can enjoy the music at their own pace.

A little note on age ranges: The age ranges are simply a guide. Every child develops differently, so if your two-year-old would rather snuggle on your lap and enjoy a calmer experience, they're very welcome in Little Indie Babies. Equally, if your adventurous 16-month-old is on the move and ready to join in with the older children, Little Indie Kids may be the better fit. My aim is to keep the Babies session gentle and parent-led while making sure every family feels at home in the session that's right for them.

Do I need to book a block?

2

Not at all! You're welcome to book a taster session first to see if Little Indie Kids is the right fit for you and your little one.

If you decide to continue, I'll refund the cost of your taster by deducting it from your first block booking. That means your taster effectively becomes free, and you'll enjoy your first four-session block for just £28.

If you'd rather keep things flexible, drop-in sessions (£10) are available whenever space allows.

Good to know:

  • Siblings attend free at taster sessions.

  • Discounted sibling add-ons are available for both drop-ins and block bookings.

Do you offer drop-in sessions?

3

Yes! Drop-in sessions are available subject to availability. If a class isn't fully booked, you're very welcome to join us for a single session. If you're hoping to come along, I'd recommend booking in advance to secure your place.

What happens if we miss a session?

4

If you're unable to attend a session within your block, please let me know as soon as possible. Wherever possible, missed sessions can be carried forward to a future block or used against available drop-in sessions, subject to availability.

Can siblings attend?

5

Yes. Sibling tickets are available for families attending with more than one child. Attending with children in both age groups? I recommend booking Little Indie Kids, as the session is designed to work well for mixed-age siblings.

What should we expect?

6

Expect live acoustic music, sensory play, bubbles, scarves and songs you'll want to keep listening to on the way home. Led by live guitar and voice, each session unfolds through familiar melodies, gentle rituals and moments of connection for little ones and their grown-ups.

What if my baby cries, feeds, or needs a break?

7

No problem at all. Little Indie Kids is a relaxed and judgement-free space. Babies can feed, nap, wriggle, cry or simply observe as needed.
